The Lincoln Lawyer (2011)

The Lincoln Lawyer (2011): "Nobody until somebody shoots you"

Nice drama and "wow" intrigues in the whole movie, none of anybody predictions was smooth about the story. Personality-duel between Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Phillippe was magnificent.

The other characters also support the story like Earl (Laurence Mason), Lavin (William H. Macy), Val (John Leguizamo), Corliss (Shea Whigham), Minton (Josh Lucas), Dobbs (Bob Gunton), Jesus (Michael Pena), Mary Windsor (Frances Fisher), and also the hot hot hot MILF Maggie McPherson (Marissa Tomei--toooooo bad there are no further bed scene).

The story itself told us about a case that handeld by a defense lawyer Mick (McConaughey) to save a Beverly Hills' playboy that strucked in the middle of an assault charges of a prostitute Reggie (Margarita Levieva).

Despite of the story, there are too much extra other story at the end of the movie and its become an anti-climax. It should be already an ending credit title when the bastard arrest at the courthouse.

And too bad the movie is another evidence that the Hollywood already run out of good stories, coz its adapted from a novel with a same title written by Michael Connely.
